Why I built shinID.

I started shinID after seeing my images copied and reposted under other people’s watermarks. A hidden ID and public records on this site and Telegram help you trace a copy back to its registration and download the registered export without someone else’s added watermark.

The date records registration, not capture. A match does not prove who took the image or that the scene is authentic.
